Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to)
•Operate horizontal directional drill rig and provide training and assistance to coworkers
•Adhere to all manufacturer operational procedures and industry safety standards
•Perform maintenance of equipment fluid levels, etc.
•Have an understanding of various ground conditions: rock, clay, sand, cobble, etc.
•Operate excavation equipment
•Perform routine labor (potholing, equipment setup, conduit, duct, cable placement, set
pedestals) as required
•Possess experience operating a utility locator
•Assure all located utilities that are in the construction path have been potholed
•Follow job blueprints provided by manager
•Ensure cleanliness of job sites
•Work efficiently and complete work in a timely manner
•Ensure accountability of all tools and materials

•Willing to work in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions
•Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in a team environment
•Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day
•Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers

•Must have valid driver's license - Class A CDL preferred
•Must be able to pass drug and background screening
•Must be authorized to work in the United States
