As a Housekeeping Clerk you will provide support to the Housekeeping Department Answer calls, dispatch responses, monitor guest room statuses, and provide essential clerical support. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Effectively handle all incoming housekeeping calls, directing requests to appropriate departments such as Maintenance, Front Desk, and housekeeping staff as needed.
- Issue keys, radios, and devices during shifts, ensuring proper control procedures are followed to maintain security.
- Log incoming calls, dispatch responses, update room statuses, and maintain records of special guest requests and service times.
- Maintain positive guest and employee relations while handling requests, inquiries, or complaints, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in related position.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Has problem-solving skills and can effectively handle guest requests, inquiries, or complaints.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer software.
