WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various marketing projects to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements and liaise between the many different moving parts of any given project, ensuring timeliness and successful delivery. You will partner with the marketing functional leaders to ensure adequate project resourcing and facilitate prioritization. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills and communication, an ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail, and a strong strategic and organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements do not hinder progress. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME Marketing Work Management Tool Consolidation Lead the consolidation into a single project management tool to set the foundation of cross-functional team coordination. Determine the tasks, dependencies, and resources needed to complete each workflow. Develop an implementation plan for project management tool including user training. Partner with project management platform vendor to leverage best practices and assets. Partner with marketing functional leaders to define project objectives, requirements, deliverables and timelines. Develop and manage briefs, workflows and timelines for marketing initiatives, working with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Campaign Marketing, Design, and Content. Ongoing Marketing Work Management Monitor workflow implementation to identify potential risks and productivity opportunities. Partner with team leaders to develop dashboard and calendars that help them manage projects and workload. Collaborate with operational leaders in other functions to coordinate enterprise-wide workflows. Provide a quarterly review of workload along with balancing recommendations for continuous team optimization to meet business objectives. Budget Management Partner closely with the marketing leadership and finance business partner to develop a marketing budget management solution across functions and product lines. Manage forecasting, oversee expense management across teams and provide budget allocation recommendations.
