**Description**
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
- Complete Ford Lincoln Protect prior approvals on behalf of Blue Bird dealers & authorized Independent Repair Facilities (IRF).
- Provide Ford Lincoln Protect prior approval support for Ford dealers.
- Provide Ford warranty claim processing support for Blue Bird dealers, Ford dealers and IRFs.
- Perform & provide Ford warranty data analysis for Blue Bird management review.
- Support requests for Ford prior approval & warranty systems training.
- Provide Ford website access & functionality support.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES:**
- In-depth Ford prior approval & warranty claim knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with advanced Excel abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven track record of working independently, following-through and solving problems quickly.
- Availability for travel depending on customer needs.
**EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:**
- 5+ years of Ford customer service division and/or dealership experience with focus on Ford warranty systems specialties.
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel training/certification.
