Description Join our centralized accounting team and play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. As an Accounting Clerk, youll support the daily accounting functions of a dynamic automotive group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in every task. What Youll Do Process Transactions Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial data into accounting systems including performing compliance on all incoming car deals. Reconcile Accounts Verify and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy and post car deals in the General Ledger. Assist with Month-End Close Support reporting, journal entries, and financial reconciliations. Maintain Records Organize and manage financial documents for compliance and auditing, including check the accuracy of business transactions. Support the Team Assist with various accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations. Communicate Effectively Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies. Tech-Savvy Comfortable with accounting software, Excel, and digital tools. Basic Accounting Knowledge Understanding of general accounting principles is a plus.
