This position will offer you the capacity to apply your knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care.ResponsibilitiesYou will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutionsYou will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate recordsYou will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed workYou will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all servicesYou will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care serviceRequirementsCompletion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferredLicensed as a pharmacist in the State of WashingtonMinimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other)Our ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $64.96 - $85.21 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
