Custodian Janitor

Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces. Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen. Empty trash and garbage containers. Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools. Other duties as assigned. Performs various maintenance and custodial duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories. Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities. Requirements Qualifications Experience in working within a customer service role Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties Valid driver's license and clean driving record Salary Description $18 - $20 / hour
