Position Summary We are currently recruiting top talent for the Houston area for Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers. This position will be 13 weeks of onsite training and after successful completion, it will be fully remote. Training will last 13 weeks, Monday-Friday in office. Training hours will be an 8-hour shift with a start time of anywhere from 8:00 AM thru 9:30 AM with the shift ending as late as 6:00 PM CST, no time off will be allowed during this time. Once training is over, the candidate will continue to work their training shift of 9:30 AM-6:00 PM CST for one year in their local time with a pay of $17.50 per hour non-negotiable working from home. Responsibilities - Educates plan benefits, answers questions and resolves issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. - Utilizes compliant documentation standards. - Provides empathetic and member-centric service. - Exceeding our member’s expectations is our standard. - Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved. Required Qualifications - Demonstrate the ability to be empathetic and compassionate. - Ability to apply patience. - Adaptability. - Basic computer, typing and telephony skills or equivalent military experience. Preferred Qualifications - Customer service experience preferred. Education - High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
