You have to be ready to hit the ground running as you will have a patient panel awaiting your arrival. Practice details include:

  • Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient or Traditional
  • Surgical schedule
  • Report to Hospital with 1:3 Call Ratio
  • $325-350K Annual Salary
  • WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives
  • Employer Loan Forgiveness available
  • Relocation Bonus available
  • CME time and $3,000 available
  • Up to 5 weeks of PTO available
  • Retirement plan provided
  • No daVinci available
  • Less than 45 minutes from three state parks and a 15-minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
  • Primary service area of 80k
  • Full benefits package
  • On-Call: current schedule is one week every three weeks.
  • Office hours: 8:00 am 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday 8:00 am 12:00pm, Friday (subject to change if new surgeon desires more hours)
  • Physicians see an average of 10-15 patients per day, per provider in the office.
  • Currently the Day Surgery Center performs around 1320 procedures per year while the Operating Room performs around 3600 procedures annually
  • We have a Hospitalist group, consisting of eight physicians, who work very well with all of our providers concerning inpatients.
  • General "bread and butter" types of surgeries.
