DescriptionEssential Functions and ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.Maintain the flow of formed cartons to the next stage in the manufacturing process.Complete a powered industrial truck inspection at the start of each shift or as needed for equipment changes during the shift.Complete an inventory ticket and attach to each finished pallet of frozen pierogies.Continuously pack pouches of product into corrugated cases (packages range in weight from 2 pounds to over 7 pounds, depending on SKUContinuously lift a maximum of 50 lbs. while performing other essential job functions.Utilize a powered lift assist for heavier weight casesEnsure all Ateeco, Inc. standard operating procedures are followed for "hold" and "rework" products.Ensure the Best By code and/or Daycode correspond with the specific code requirements for the shift.Ensure the correct set up and operation of Best By and/or Daycode marking equipment in accordance with Ateeco, Inc. Standard operating procedures.Handle wooden pallets in accordance with Ateeco, Inc. SOPs.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.Maintains required Production and Quality Assurance paperwork, SPC data collection and other information necessary to the daily operation of all equipment.Manually and/or automatically palletize and apply stretch wrap to finished cases of frozen pierogies.Notify the Shift Supervisor, Lead Person and/or Maintenance Personnel of any mechanical malfunctions or subsequent problems beyond regular operator troubleshooting capabilities.Operates powered industrial trucks to facilitate the completion of other essential job functions.The ability to stand for 10 hours, climb ladders and work in other high areas.Transport finished pallets of frozen pierogies from the production area to the storage freezer.Use computerized data collection devices to accurately record usage of product and/or packaging supplies and movement of finished cases from one location to another.Ensures proper safety, good manufacturing practices, product quality and sanitation processes are followed according to Ateeco, Inc. policy.Work ContextRequires being exact or highly accurate as mistakes are not easily correctable and have serious consequences.
