The Role: As a Senior Software Engineer, youll play a key role in architecting and scaling the backend and frontend systems that power a fast-growing healthcare platform. Youll design APIs, optimize performance, and build infrastructure that supports real?time pricing, payments, and scheduling. Youll collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact features, and youll help shape engineering best practices as the product scales. This is an opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives in startup environments, someone whos hands?on, strategic, and excited to solve complex systems and product challenges in FinTech and HealthTech. Key Responsibilities: Architect and scale backend and frontend systems across a modern tech stack Design and maintain reliable APIs and distributed systems for pricing, payments, and scheduling Build data?driven features that enhance transparency and efficiency in healthcare Collaborate cross?functionally with design, product, and data teams Drive technical decisions, improve code quality, and mentor other engineers Balance rapid execution with long?term maintainability and scalability Requirements: Experience working in high?growth FinTech or HealthTech startup environments Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., AWS, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, or equivalent) Strong background in systems design, API development, and cloud infrastructure Product?oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and measurable impact Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefits: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will receive a base salary of $160,000 $180,000 plus health, dental, vision and other benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
