Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations. In a medical center or institutional setting: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations. Hospital experience or residency preferred. License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position.
