As a Purchase Order Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our centralized shopping cart process, invoice reconciliation, and overall governance within IS. This role involves working with both SRM and Ariba to create shopping carts, track them through to completion, and reconcile invoices. You will also manage 1-2 shared mailboxes, responding to stakeholder and supplier inquiries regarding cart/PO and invoice status. Responsibilities: Create shopping cart requests in SAP and Ariba. Maintain the ServiceNow shopping cart portal with the status of carts. Update an Excel budget tracker with cart/PO information. Interact with requestors and provide overall customer support. Collaborate with Genpact/AP teams. Manage multiple mailboxes in Outlook. Provide general support around POs, shopping carts, and internal IS processes. Match invoices to associated quotes and POs. Work with suppliers to address discrepancies and follow appropriate steps to resolve them. Verify receipt of equipment and/or services with business owners.
