Insight Global is seeking a Junior Program Manager for one of our largest manufacturing clients in Devens, MA. This individual will be involved in leading the development of program plans covering mature and new product development. Focusing on miliary and defense projects, they will be responsible for integrated master schedules, tracking of financial and schedule performance, and risk management. The Program Manager will ensure all customer requirements are met by responding to all customer requests and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned program activities, status and problem resolution, along with being responsible for the negotiation of contract changes related to scope management. This role will be onsite in Devens, MA.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field

* 2+ years of experience as a PP&C Analyst, Project Manager, and/or Program Manager

* Ability to present information to various levels of management, customers, and/or suppliers

* Ability and willingness to receive PMP certification within first 6 months

* Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Previous experience with contract negotiation and new product introduction/development

* Proficient with MS Project

* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

* Aerospace experience

* PMP Certification
