Experience needed: 3 months of tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years

Position description:

Our OTR drivers are home every other weekend for a 48-hour reset, with a typical 12-day out and 2-day home rotation. Drivers can take the truck home during their reset, with orientation expenses covered by the company. We handle no-touch freight, focusing on drop and hook, live load, and live unload operations.

Earnings range between $1,500 to $2,000 weekly, depending on verifiable experience. Our deliveries primarily cover areas east of I-35, with occasional routes spanning all 48 states. NYC assignments are not mandatory. On average, drivers cover 650-750 miles per haul, totaling around 2,500 to 3,400 miles weekly.

We welcome riders aged 10 and above and allow one pet per driver with no breed or weight restrictions. Benefits kick in after 30 days, offering medical, dental, vision, 401K, and vacation pay. The company contributes to these benefits and matches up to 4% of the 401K after 6 months.

Our fleet features brand-new 2021 Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks equipped with refrigerators, APUs, 1500-watt inverters, TV mounts, and microwave mounts. Additionally, our referral program rewards drivers for bringing in new Class A CDL truck drivers.

New hires attend a 3-day paid orientation, with transportation, hotel, and meals covered by the company.
