Kitchen Line Cook

-Join the kitchen department where you will be responsible for prepping food for the day's and next day's menu.
-You will prepare fresh, high-quality food in a timely manner, customizing individual plates/orders according to customer preferences.
-This includes preparing both hot and cold menu selections.
-You have the opportunity to showcase your skills by following recipes, and when serving on a retail cooking line or as a room service cook.
-You will tailor items according to special customer and/or patient requests.
-Additionally, you will help maintain a safe and clean work environment by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning off tables as needed.
-You will also be responsible for constantly cleaning and sanitizing food areas, carts, and equipment.
-Including production, service, and all appropriate storage areas to maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary workspace at all times.
