Randstad is currently looking for an Securities Operations Representative 3 in Minnepolis, MN.The role involves supporting Securities Operations by performing complex operational tasks and providing insights for process improvements. It requires good analytical and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address escalated questions. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to lead projects while mentoring less experienced staff. Position: Securities Operations Representative 3 Location : Minnepolis, MN 55415 Pay: $23.44/hr Shift Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Covers jobs responsible for processing, reconciling, resolving and administering cash, security or derivative transactions.
  • Provide ideas for improving or implementing processes
  • Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions
  • Review time sensitive documents
  • Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
