screen, and hire top notch candidates while providing a professional, positive, and timely experience to candidates and

so we like to be goofy and have fun :) Key Responsibilities Post job openings online and keep postings current Ensure candidates are in the correct stages in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Develop job specific interview guides and load into the ATS Partner with hiring managers to help them understand behavioral style interviewing and the importance of complete, timely interview notes Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, first interviews and coordinate interviews for hiring managers Develop a viable passive candidate pipeline and actively network with individuals, turning connections into direct hires Host and participate in hiring events Ensure candidates have a consistent, professional, pleasant experience Develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers Manage job offer process, through the handoff to HR for onboarding Track and report on key recruiting metrics Education and Experience Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Prior recruiting experience or experience working with children with autism preferred Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems preferred Experience and knowledge of hiring laws and best practices preferred Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) You’ll have an impact on the lives of children with autism Company-paid holidays Paid time off and paid sick time Medical, dental, vision insurance Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance Voluntary life insurance, critical illness, accident, long term disability 401k plan with company match Career development and training opportunities Compensation
