Job DescriptionClarifi Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled School Physical Therapist to join our dynamic teamThis position will involve providing essential physical therapy services to students across various school districts in Illinois. As a School Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping students enhance their physical abilities and improve their participation in school activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pediatric healthcare and possess a strong commitment to enhancing student wellness and academic success. Daily Tasks:Evaluate students' motor skills, strength, range of motion, and functional abilities to develop personalized therapy plans.Implement therapeutic interventions designed to meet the unique needs of each student, facilitating physical health and mobility.Collaborate with school staff, including special education personnel, to integrate physical therapy with educational objectives.Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing expert recommendations to support student goals.Educate school staff and families on strategies to support the physical development and health of students.Maintain accurate documentation of student assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required reports.RequirementsCurrent Illinois license to practice Physical Therapy.Expertise in pediatric or school-based physical therapy is preferred.A minimum of a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Efficient organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Dedication to professional growth and development in pediatric physical therapy practices.Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.BenefitsHaving a lasting impact on young livesWorking in a collaborative environmentBeing a part of a supportive and nurturing environmentContributing to the creation of an inclusive and supportive learning environmentBenefits extend beyond what has been mentionedJoin us at Clarifi Staffing Solutions as we embark on this unforgettable Physical Therapy experience.
