Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $9.86 per hour, paid bi-weekly. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guests' needs and requests are met promptly and in a courteous manner
- Adhere to all company and state alcohol policies and laws
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality/restaurant environment
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid bartender's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
