Equitable Social Solutions impacts lives by creating tailored solutions for each person we serve in order to break the cycles of generational poverty and chronic homelessness.Job DescriptionConducts Site Reviews at locations as assigned and submit resultsParticipate in the Pre-Survey Review processReview incident reporting and initiate follow up when neededParticipate in follow up with Corrective action plans (survey, audits, etc)Submit weekly QA reports in a timely manner to Quality Assurance Manager/SupervisorPresent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement.Ensure all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of callingReview quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures and interviews personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance programsImplement and monitor standard operating proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsAssociates Degree in Human services, Education, psychology, sociology or related field requiredBachelor's Degree preferredMinimum two plus years related experienceDemonstrated knowledge of quality Assurance procedures and federal, state and local coalition laws and mandatesDemonstrated knowledge of computers and knowledge of data management processesDemonstrated knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing proceduresAdditional InformationAt Equitable Social Solutions®, we empower individuals and families through supports that inspire long-term stability and success.
