This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments across our Kermit and Monahans, Texas locations. If you are a quick learner with a passion for systems, networking, and desktop support, we want to hear from youLocation: Kermit & Monahans, TexasTravel: Up to 10%Hours: Mon-Fri, with on-call responsibilitiesResponsibilities:+ Continuously develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency.+ Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Veeam, and VMware, contributing to the optimization of virtual environments.+ Deliver responsive and effective end-user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.+ Collaborate with Systems Administrators on diverse projects, providing valuable assistance in troubleshooting and system maintenance.+ Create and refine detailed documentation of processes and procedures to standardize workflows and improve knowledge sharing.+ Proactively address after-hours IT requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating complex problems as necessary.+ Deploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments, aligning technology with business needs.+ Support backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity.Minimum Qualifications+ Proven ability to provide desktop support for both local and remote staff in manufacturing (outdoors) and office environments.+ Familiarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and troubleshooting IT issues both in person and remotely.+ Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.+ Willingness to travel and work across multiple Texas locations (primarily Kermit and Monahans) with flexible, on-call availability.How You Will Stand Out+ AAS in Computer Science or a related technical field.+ Experience working in IT support within a manufacturing setting.+ Experience with virtualization technologies and advanced networking systems.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.+ Team player with a positive, supportive attitude.What You’ll Love About Us+ Best People and Team.
