Facilities Mechanical Maintenance Technician Join to apply for the Facilities Mechanical Maintenance Technician role at Tesla What To Expect A Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of mechanical systems that support Teslas industrial, commercial, and R&D facilities. This role focuses on ensuring reliability and performance across HVAC systems, hydronic systems, air handling units, compressed air systems, and other critical infrastructure. The technician will also support preventative maintenance efforts, supervise contractors, troubleshoot systems using BMS platforms, and contribute to general facility upkeep. Candidates must be hands?on, able to perform tasks across multiple trades when needed, and willing to work across our main locations across the Peninsula and East Bay.
