Job Overview:

You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other engineering teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of DAS solutions.

Design and Planning:

Conduct site surveys to assess wireless coverage requirements and evaluate existing infrastructure.

Develop DAS system designs, including antenna placement, cabling, and equipment specifications, considering coverage objectives and building constraints.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to incorporate DAS requirements into construction or renovation plans.

Installation and Implementation:

Oversee the installation and commissioning of DAS equipment, including antennas, cables, amplifiers, and remote units.

Perform system integration and configuration, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation of DAS components.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance issues, interference problems, or signal degradation.

Optimization and Performance:

Continuously monitor and analyze DAS performance, using testing tools and software to assess signal strength, capacity, and coverage.

Proficiency in using industry-standard DAS design software and tools.

Familiarity with cellular network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) and their deployment considerations.

Knowledge of wireless networking protocols, such as LTE, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
