Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots and other community buildings to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They will also assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSKeep the property clean, inspect the property each morning and pick up any trash that litters the groundsPrepare and maintain landscape daily (mow lawns, maintain flower beds, rake leaves, de-ice and shovel snow)Clean pool and pool area as needed (hose down area, pick up trash and straighten chairs)Assist with light maintenance duties as needed (replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways, replace window screens, replace air filters, move appliances and painting)Assist with apartment make-readies as requested (remove trash from vacant units, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors and replace parts)Assure safety practices are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelinesFollow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal lawsRegular, on-time attendanceSpecial projects and other responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONSAbility to operate lawn maintenance equipment and toolsBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry a plusFollow oral and written instructionsAbility to communicate with residents, co-workers and managementAbility to climb up to 40 feetColor vision and the ability to hearSKILLS AND ABILITIESHigh school graduate or equivalentUp to 1 year of prior grounds keeping experienceInside and outside in all weather conditionsJardinero Bridge Property Management (BPM) es una gerencia de propiedad integrada afiliado de BIG, brindar administración de propiedades en el sitio a nuestros activos multifamiliares que poseemos y administramos.
