Recruiter STARTING RATE: $20/hr. ($20 - $22/hr., depending on experience) SHIFT:

Full-Time, Days (On-Site) BENEFITS: Weekly Paychecks Referral Bonuses Peer Mentorship Generous Paid Time Off JOB DESCRIPTION: The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and retaining employees and prospective employees for a broad base of positions within the facility. This individual is expected to attend job fairs and recruiting events while also creating in-house recruitment and retention programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get on onboard Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates REQUIREMENTS: Work experience as an in-house Recruiter Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews) Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation Exceptional communication skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred APPLY ONLINE OR SEND YOUR RESUME TO: Absolut Care of Gasport Attn: Amber Wiehe, Administrator 4540 Lincoln Dr. Gasport, NY 14067
