You will understand the importance of maintaining and enhancing the logistics department through freight data analytics, process improvement and project management. You will possess a strong knowledge of the modes of transportation and current market costs/capacity. This role will be heavily focused on data analytics and process improvement to improve customer satisfaction and reduce freight costs. **How You'll Help Us Win:** * Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements * Lead continuous improvement projects related to transportation processes and retail compliance * Drive metrics, reports, process documentation, and training (SOP) documents * Hold Quarterly Business Reviews with transportation partners * Supervise overall work of transportation team through metrics and personal reviews * Analyze financial impacts of proposed logistics changes.
