Estimator

will do:

Review construction documents and understand the scope of work to bid. Prepare cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of the project. Execute take-offs of construction documents. Prepare scope of work letters. Assist with bid document preparation. Attend meetings as required. Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Estimator will include, but are not limited to:

1 - 3 years of landscape experience (highly preferred) 1 or more years of experience in estimating Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and mathematics. Detail-oriented. Strong work ethic. Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Overtime may be required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
