Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

**Workers Compensation Adjuster**

**Job Responsibilities**

* Compensation (Range): / hour $24-25 based on experience

* Liaison between key plant personnel/and Workers Compensation Organizations throughout the Company Case Management process

* Leads Case Management meetings and provides input/guidance on RTW

* Communicates issues, opportunities, and concerns to Division Claims Supervisor

* Update plant personnel on WC jurisdictional changes

* Coordinate and direct efforts of outside Medical Case Managers and Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver best possible outcome

* Assist with identification and documentation of potential modified duty jobs, as appropriate

* Assist in management of all financial elements of claim files to reduce or maintain costs (i.e. medical costs, duration).

* Provide ongoing communication with key stakeholders

* Monitor and assist restricted employees in returning to full duty at same or different job

* Manage all activities according to personal metrics and performance standards.

**Job Requirements**

As a Workers Compensation Adjuster you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
