FIS Quantum

The resource will support the Treasury and Accounting team with their business as usual processes in the Treasury Management System Quantum (FIS vendor product) and support interfaces with both external and internal systems. Person is expected to triage, troubleshoot and resolve Quantum related issues and integration with up and downstream systems.
Required Quantum Knowledge:

• Report creation, both standard reports and using enterprise workflow functionality
• General enterprise workflow and dashboard knowledge
• Cash explorer reports
• Bank reconciliation and bank statements import utilizing ECHOS
• Instrument set up
• Transaction types: Actual cash flows, Account transfer, Projected cash flows
  FX trades (FX spot and FX forward), Investments and Debt (Money market and Securities)
• Analysis codes
• User access configuration
• Group access configuration
• Static data management (bank accounts, MMFs, entities, counterparties)
• Rules (matching rules for bank accounts, bank account default, intercompany bank account default)
• Message log, understanding and how to use for troubleshooting
• Audit reporting, use and understanding how to interpret
• Accounting and Posting rules configuration, including GL account template set up
• GL interface mapping
• General ledger creation
• Monthly close processes (GL interface, Accruals, Currency translation, Mark to market)
• Rates (FX, Interest, Securities)
• Payment process utilizing ECHOS and SWIFT network
• XML templates for payments
• Netting
• eBAM
• AG Scheduler and MDM understanding (not configuration)
• Data Model

• Build and Run SQL queries (ansi)
• Familiar with SOAP and REST APIs
• Integration Architecture
