Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and prototypes in accordance with project requirements.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify innovative solutions and improvements for existing products or processes.

Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed design drawings, models, and simulations.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct feasibility studies and perform risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.

Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (2-4 year degree) or 5-10 years real world hands on experience.

Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and design methodologies.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 2D modeling.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems is highly desirable.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
