Admissions Navigator Supervisor Salary Range: $24 - $28.80 based on relevant years of experience Location: Larimer county, Colorado Status: full time, 40 hours per week 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of SummitStone clinics to ensure the successful delivery of administrative, clinical, and medical service lines. The Admissions Navigator Supervisor provides leadership and development opportunities for admissions team members and serves as a resource and role model for all staff members. This position can be located at any one of our SummitStone clinic locations and may be required to provide support at different locations on an as needed basis. This role will also be required to provide support to in-person, hybrid, and community-based teams. This position will demonstrate a commitment and provide leadership for Summitstone Health Partners values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment. Essential Duties: Manage Access Clinicians EPIC scheduling templates and provide administrative supervision for Access Clinician Team administrative roles. Provide a minimum of monthly administrative staff check-ins. Collaborates with others in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating operational services, including cooperating effectively with clinical and medical leadership. Prepares monthly staffing schedules for all employees and ensures all areas have adequate coverage for each shift every day. Reviews and approves staff timekeeping on a daily basis for direct reports. In collaboration with management and staff, the Admissions Navigator Supervisor will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline agency services and workflows, establishing standards and processes which ensure organizational resources are being utilized to optimal levels which are consistent with industry best practices. Point person and trainer for all Access operational support including the Access center (incoming calls for the agency) intake scheduling, Virtual Same Day Access, intake outreach calls, insurance verification, intake paperwork completion, external referrals, DocuSign, uploading documents to EMR, post intake scheduling, CRM, post intake paperwork tracking, FA cleared and scheduling work queue, SDA attending spreadsheet, MPRs. Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving barriers in clients access to care by communicating with Operations Support Supervisors, Longview operations, and Care Coordinators to identify areas to improve the client experience and adjust workflows as needed. Provides ongoing education and training for all team members, ensuring employees meet all competency requirements, including customer service expectations and all relevant policies. Creates and maintains existing training materials. Serves as an escalation and support point for staff in following up on clients complaints and concerns as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required: High school diploma or completion of G.E.D. required. Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences preferred. More than two years of experience in a related position in healthcare or behavioral healthcare operations required More than one year of experience providing direct supervision to staff or overseeing a team required. More than three years of experience in a customer-service or client-facing position preferred. Experience with high acuity care, highly desirable. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be evaluated and considered. Valid Colorado drivers license and a clean driving record.
