- Ability to troubleshoot technology issues in a Student Information System
- Experience working in an office setting, excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs specifically Excel, strong computer skills, and the ability to navigate various databases
- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Experience in higher education
- Experience with Colleague Student Information System
- Experience with CourseLeaf CLSS/CAT/CIM
- Experience with Series 25 software
- Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStop
- Co-coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses
- Manage CourseLeaf CAT/CIM/CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Student Planning systems
- Assist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records
- Calculate academic standing
- Produce class and time schedule and room scheduling
- Process dual credit applications
- Process Teacher In-Service applications
- Process Individualized Study applications
- Create queries and reports and provide quality control metrics
- Coordinate software updates/testing
- Update and maintain degree audits
- Other duties as assigned
- Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
