LC State invites applications for the position of Enrollment & Technology Specialist.

Salary and rank based on experience and qualifications: $47,325

Degree Required: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues in a Student Information System
  • Experience working in an office setting, excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs specifically Excel, strong computer skills, and the ability to navigate various databases
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Experience in higher education
  • Experience with Colleague Student Information System
  • Experience with CourseLeaf CLSS/CAT/CIM
  • Experience with Series 25 software
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStop
  2. Co-coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses
  3. Manage CourseLeaf CAT/CIM/CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Student Planning systems
  4. Assist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records
  5. Calculate academic standing
  6. Produce class and time schedule and room scheduling
  7. Process dual credit applications
  8. Process Teacher In-Service applications
  9. Process Individualized Study applications
  10. Create queries and reports and provide quality control metrics
  11. Coordinate software updates/testing
  12. Update and maintain degree audits
  13. Other duties as assigned
  14. Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
