This is a unique opportunity to shape a new product portfolio and drive innovation in a highly regulated insurance environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage commercial insurance products (Auto, Property, Liability, etc.) Lead product strategy, market positioning, and competitive analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Risk Management, Compliance, and Distribution Oversee regulatory filings, rate/form approvals, and compliance processes (SERFF, DOI interactions) Drive profitable growth through pricing strategies, segmentation, and retention initiatives Coordinate product launches using policy administration systems and actuarial modeling tools Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners such as agents and brokers Qualifications Proven experience in insurance product management, preferably in commercial lines Strong understanding of underwriting principles, coverage forms, and rating structures Expertise in regulatory compliance and state filing processes Analytical mindset with experience working alongside actuaries on pricing and profitability Knowledge of distribution channels and competitive market dynamics Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with tools such as SERFF, policy admin systems, and actuarial models ????
