Overview:
Under the supervision of the Admitting Supervisor and the Manager of Admitting, the Admissions Representative is responsible for interviewing the patient or patients representative to obtain information for admission to the hospital. The Patient Representative is to display courtesy with all patients, staff and visitors and work in a cooperative manner to fulfill the goals of the department and the hospital.

Qualifications:? High School diploma or equivalent
? Two years of related clerical experience in a medical setting preferred
? CPR License
1 Good typing and spelling skills.
2 Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
3 Previous registration experience.
4 Medical terminology.
5 Computer experience
