Specifically, it will be part of the Platforms, Tools and Analytics team that has a broad responsibility including management of the function's key tools and pillar engagement platforms, tracking analytics across our various channels, and supporting requests/providing training to our communicators on different tools & platforms. The position will require working remotely taking direction out of Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities to Anticipate: Supporting and training users on different software and platforms through a variety of methods including, but not limited to, one-on-one training, creation of learning guides and related documentation, and use of video and other media. Analytics tracking related to the performance of our training efforts, internal and external campaigns, and website performance. Project management duties tied to complete lifecycle around our tools and platforms suite, including identifying needs, coordination of development, prioritization of features, rollout of changes and related change management communications. Use of our communications platforms to manage incoming requests related to publishing or maintenance of our main engagement platforms.

Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate will have general understanding of English and experience writing for the web and general content/copy editing skills. Project management skills to track tasks, schedules, and deadlines. Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management. Experience with juggling multiple priorities while driving tasks to completion. Minimum 2 years of experience and Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines. Familiarity with different content management systems (eg Sitecore, Sharepoint) and email/collaboration platforms (eg Teams, Outlook, Poppulo)

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience creating and maintaining learning/training solutions for different software programs and platforms. Use of programs like Storyline 360 and Camtasia are a plus. Experience working in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

This is a temporary position of undetermined length.

The salary range for this role is $30.72 to $61.53.The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
