RequirementsProven Experience: Minimum two years as a CNC Machinist or CNC Programmer.Sharp Skills: Blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and an eye for detail.Programming Plus: Experience with MasterCam is a big advantage.Problem-Solving Mindset: A desire to find solutions and optimize production methods.Team Player Spirit: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
