About the Team A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is coming to Wasilla Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) is proud that we can provide this much-needed service to individuals living in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley. The range of services provided at the CCBHC include crisis services; treatment planning; screening, assessment, diagnosis, and risk assessment; outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance use services; targeted case management; outpatient primary care; community-based mental health care for veterans; peer and family supports. Populations served include children, families, transition-age youth, adults, and military veterans. What You'll Do * Develop individualized treatment plans for assigned clients. * Evaluate crisis situations promptly and provide necessary services. * Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families and adults. * Work on a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, and other services driven client need. Good To Know * Position is based in Wasilla, Alaska, with occasional work in Anchorage, Alaska * Full-Time, Exempt * Pay Range is $72,310 to $93,579 * Licensed Clinicians are eligible for a $10,000 hiring bonus, which requires a two-year employment commitment * May qualify for tuition loan assistance under Public Service Loan Forgiveness, National Health Service Corps, or Alaska SHARP programs * AKBH offers generous benefits including two healthcare options for employees and their dependent children, Five (5) weeks of PTO for the first year; eight (8) weeks of PTO after the first year. PTO is used for company recognized holidays. 401k with immediate vesting and up to 5% match, 4% automatically contributed by AKBH. What We Need from You * You have a Master's in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. * You have an Alaska license as Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychological Associate, or Professional Counselor Alaska Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
