Hill House is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers at our NorthPark Center store. We are hiring seasonal part-time positions that will maintain a retail schedule (including weekends and holidays). RESPONSIBILITIESBuild authentic connections with shoppers as you answer questions and complete purchasesConstantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and energize the team to do the sameBecome a product expert and offer fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendationsAssist with checking stock on a daily basis and restocking the selling floor when necessaryPerform open and closeout procedures as neededEnsure the shop floor and visual displays are kept to brand standardsWork in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skillsSurprise and delight customers by going above and beyond their expectations ABOUT YOURetail experience or service industry backgroundSelf-motivated with exceptional communication and motivational attitudePassionate about customer experienceHigh degree of flexibility and initiativeEmbraces a culture of learning and advocacyHas lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teamsHill House Home is a digital-first lifestyle brand that brings beauty and joy to every day rituals.
