This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional position, where you will act as a liaison within Advancement Services and other External Affairs units. By maintaining over 3 million records in our donor database, you will contribute to UCLA's external affairs mission focused on philanthropy. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Analyze data processes, governance, review, and quality assurance Provide strategic and analytic feedback to the Director Collaborate with the Advancement Services team and other External Affairs units Work on initiatives to enhance data management and maintain the donor database Ensure accuracy and quality of gift and biographic information This role requires you to have:

Minimum of 2 years experience in data management, governance, processing, review, reporting, and quality assurance Experience in a high-volume and complex university advancement services or fundraising environment Strong service orientation and customer service experience Experience in managing and improving systems and processes Strong research and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Political acumen and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion Strong written communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel You would benefit from having:

Knowledge of internal control practices Familiarity with UCLA and UCLA Foundation Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM or similar database Knowledge of relational databases and/or SQL Background check required. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
