ABOUT DUDE RANCH PET RESORT

We are a luxury pet resort. Our business is built on the understanding that pets make a difference in our lives. We are devoted to the safety and happiness of every guest in our care. We didn't just add the word "resort" to our name. We were designed as a true resort from day one. We offer individual villas for lodging with raised platform beds as well as luxury suites complete with human-grade furniture, flat-screen TV's, and private 1:1 night-time cuddling. Our lodging villas and suites are 100% indoors and fully temperature-controlled with continuous air filtration, 24/7 staffing, and no chain link. Outdoors, we're 47 Acres of fields, grass, trees, and lakes, ready for fun during the day. There is plenty of space for both individual and group outings We focus on knowing our guests, what they need, what they like, and how to make them happy

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET CARE SPECIALIST

As a Pet Care Specialist, you are the lifeblood of our business. Thanks to the excellent care that you provide to our very important guests, they have an enriched experience and are always excited to come back. You help feed, water, and exercise pets according to their individual schedules and instructions. As a practical, get-it-done person who takes scooping poop in stride, you enthusiastically wash, clean, organize, and disinfect facilities, ground, and equipment in order to maintain an attractive and healthy environment for everyone.

You freely dole out petting and affection to all of our guests, regardless of breed and temperament. As a result, you get to enjoy all kinds of love, from giant, enthusiastic, slobbery love to dainty, reserved love. You love them all and know them by name, learning each of their individual traits and needs. Your genuine respect for our guests shines through in everything you do. You get great satisfaction out of ensuring that each guest at our resort stays in clean accommodations and has all their individual needs attended to

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME OR PART-TEAM PET CARE SPECIALIST
  • Physically able to be on your feet and walk for the length of an entire shift
  • Willing and able to clean up after dogs
  • Love for animals

WORK SCHEDULES

This position has a dynamic schedule that can fit your private life. Are you a morning, afternoon, or evening person? Available shifts, working with our guests, start as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 11:00 PM. Full-time positions typically work 35-40 hours per week and part-time positions work 16 - 24 hours per week, varying depending on your availability and our need.
