Essential Job Responsibilities:

**This position is a part of the Northside Lexus Call Center Team**

  • Ensure that customer service needs are met:
    • Schedule service appointments
    • Explain invoices to customers
    • Resolve any problems
    • Perform other standard duties
    • Fully coordinate and communicate customer needs with the service team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree required (GED) or a combination of education and experience
  • Additional training and education a plus

Must also possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong keyboarding skills, must be able to type and document customer information
  • Superior customer service skills

Compensation

  • Starting pay is $20.00/hr
