We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, answering their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions and data

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
