Job Description
Location: company-wide (based in Glenview, IL)
Instructional ABA Consultants believes that every child with autism has the right to high-quality ABA services regardless of funding source. Upon diagnosis, families who have children with autism should be wrapped in support; that to have a disability does not mean to have a disadvantage. IABA is seeking to add an Intakes Coordinator & Recruiter to our team to assist with providing these families the best support we can offer and finding motivated, engaged staff to provide that support.
Responsibilities and Duties

Intakes:
Answers family and intake phone calls on the same business day
Updates intake call log as necessary to include working list of clients and clients who are ready to begin services
Ensures intake families have a copy of the intake packet, including clinical documentation, insurance information
Communicates with Clinical Directors to place children on the waitlist in a timely manner
Coordinates the calendars of the BCBA opening the intake and the new family for the first intake appointment
Contacts BCBA the next business day following the intake meeting as a prompt to have the BCBA has followed up with the family for any outstanding questions
Prompts BCBA to communicate with the family on status of authorization and timeline of services starting
Creates opening documentation for intakes on Central Reach
Collect family email to pass to Marketing to ensure family inclusion in company information and events
Facilitates communication between intakes and billing department as it relates to verification and authorization of benefits
Updates the monthly intakes form; attends intakes meeting with Clinical Directors
Recruiting:

Designs and implements an overall recruiting strategy for IABA
Creates and monitors hiring posts across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Establishes and maintains key relationships with universities and related internships
Actively recruits candidates for open positions
Proactively identifies future hiring needs by working closely with the Clinical Directors/SCS
Reviews candidates on iSolved Hiring and conduct initial interviews
Schedules second interview with appropriate candidates and completes recommendation for offer letters
Makes ongoing recommendations to improve the screening and hiring process
Qualifications:
High School diploma
Strong systems administration background
Recruiting/hiring experience
Preferred experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
Familiarity with social media
Strong skill set surrounding community engagement
Customer service background
Strong interpersonal and relationship building/management skills
Effective communication skills across diverse populations/audiences
Passionate about improving the quality of life for children and families
High degree of integrity, reliability, initiative, and accountability
This is an in-office position (not remote)
