Plus, youll receive complimentary paid parking near our Americo offices downtown parking is a premium, but weve got you covered.Job Summary :Americo is currently hiring for a Head of Annuity Product Lines P&Lto oversee the entirety of the Fixed and Indexed Annuity lines for the Americo family of companies. This includes product development, monitoring experience, making crediting rate recommendations, and setting the long term product strategy. This position is considered an officer level.Key Responsibilities:Formulate the long-term annuity product line strategy for existing business and new salesDirect the pricing and development of new annuity productsProvide recommendations for interest crediting for new and renewal ratesMonitor profitability of and risks to the annuity portfolioOversee retention and conservation programs to maintain an optimal level of persistencePersonnel issues hiring, firing, performance reviews, etc.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of STAT, Tax, and GAAP Valuation, as well as regulatory requirements surrounding annuity productsKnowledge of investment concepts, including hedgingKnowledge and experience using actuarial software for projections and pricingCommunication skills written and oralEducation:4 year degreeFSA#J-18808-Ljbffr
