We are hiring a Logistics Solutions Specialist to join our team for one of our Heavy Trucks / Automotive client If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Job Title: Service Center Coordinator (Logistics)
Location: Shippensburg, PA (HYBRID 3 Days onsite T/W/Th )
Pay rate: $24 on hourly.
Working hours are 8am-5pm with one shift during the week assigned as 9a-6p. We also rotate an on-call phone that needs to monitored 24/7. This rotates through the team on a weekly basis. We are hybrid, working in-office T/W/Th and as required by management. M/F are remote, but employees can still come in to the office if they chose.
Contract Job: This is a long-term consultant position - could go to a FT position
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and manage parts orders for dealers and internal teams.
•Provide technical and logistics support.
•Participate in problem-solving, training, and process improvement initiatives.
•Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
•Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, parts coordination, or customer service.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SAP.
•Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Familiarity with Agile processes (preferred).
•Flexibility to join after-hours phone support rotation.
