WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
  • Establishes a pleasant rapport with internal and external guests.
  • Responsible for knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
  • Responsible for thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation, and ongoing knowledge of new drink trends.
  • Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons as well as in a service station capacity to beverage/food servers as venue requires.
  • Accurate and efficiently uses POS system.
  • Tracks usage and inventory and orders stock to maintain established pars.
  • Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake following RAMP guidelines.
  • Keeps work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards.
  • Restocks station for start of next shift at end of shift.
  • Maintains well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards at all times.
  • Participates as a team member with all servers, barbacks and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Declares tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.

  • Must have high School Diploma/GED.
  • Six months or less of Bartender experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from guests.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, verbal, etc.).
  • Must have basic computer knowledge; ability to operate POS systems.
  • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
  • Must be able to obtain proper food handler certification and RAMP certification.

  • Walking 5% of the time.
  • Standing 75 % of the time.
  • Bending and lifting 20% of the time.
  • Lifting/moving maximum of 70 lbs.
