Position Summary The Senior HR Business Partner will oversee and manage human resources activities across field locations, implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs. This role involves providing consultative advice, problem-solving, planning, communication, associate development, and interpersonal skills. The Senior HR Business Partner will manage HR field teams, including HR Business Partners, Generalists, and Specialists.

Desired Traits and Qualifications Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager who has independently supported large functions or divisions. Prior experience managing field HR functions is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline. Strong leadership capabilities. Able to effectively lead and motivate teams. Able to guide and influence senior leaders. Well-rounded knowledge across all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, training and development, comp and benefits, change management, organization development, etc. Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, presenting, etc. Strong consulting, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills. Effective at facilitating change and driving change management initiatives. Adept at establishing strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization Able to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and always maintain confidentiality.
