Include, but are not limited to:
- Mixes ingredients in order to prepare drinks and cocktails
- Slices and pit fruit for garnishing
- Cleans bar area, glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- Makes a reasonable effort to limit problems and liability related to guests' excessive drinking by taking steps as described in required TIPS Training
- Checks identification of guests who could be under the age of 21
- Takes beverage orders from guests as well as the wait staff
- Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies
- Promotes outstanding guests service on a continual basis
- Abides by all health and safety regulations
- Performs all other duties specified or assigned
