Primary Purpose:

This position's primary responsibility will be to work within a Senior Advisor team toservice a growing book of business. In addition to servicing the demands of existingclients the position will also actively solicit new business where applicable.

Essential Functions:

Serve Member/ClientsServe the financial needs of credit union members utilizing a needs based selling approach. Help members identify financial goals and objectives, analyze and develop strategies to reach member financial goals and identify appropriate insurance and securities products to meet members goals and objectives.Learn and utilize sales processes and systems necessary to operate a financial advisory practiceDevelop sales skills in the areas of phone skills, appointment setting, conducting a sales call, analyzing a client's financial situation, presenting solutions and servicing clients. In addition, the Advisor must learn and utilize all business processing systems of the broker dealer and insurance agency.Present a professional image from a personal and professional level that will be beneficial to both the Credit Union and Wings Financial Advisor.Cultivate strong working relationships and build trust among credit union staff and members along with other key local people in the credit union movement (CUNA Mutual field staff and league personnel . i.e. attend/participate staff meetings and other Credit Union staff functions.)Follow the sales process and procedures as established through the Wings Financial Advisor program.Follow the established insurance and securities compliance guidelines, and strictly adhere to all company policies.Follow established policies and procedures of ethical market conduct. Conduct business according to high standards of honesty, fairness, and integrity and render service to customers which in the same circumstance we would demand for ourselves.Follow the established guidelines for maintaining client files in accordance with company practices and FINRA requirements.Attend all required training, informational meetings scheduled by VP Wings Financial Advisors and Wings Financial.

Qualifications:

A series 7, 66 licenses, CLU and ChFC designations preferred.To perform effectively in this position the incumbent must have the ability to work in a team environment, excellent human relations skills and communication skills.The incumbent must possess good telemarketing and administrative skills including: organization, attention to detail, typing, and PC knowledge.Demonstrated leadership and knowledge of various marketing tasks to generate interest in a program.

Education and Experience:

College degree or commensurate experience.Experience in a branch of a financial institution is a plus.Strong sales and service aptitude and experience.Minimum of 2 years' experience with varying marketing and lead generation efforts.
